Bag Lady

When I got up at 7.30 I had no real plans for my weekend. By 9am I had a project for myself and some willing WI volunteers. 50 bags for toys for under 5s, to be made in a week or so. That was my day sorted, recruiting volunteers, deciding on a pattern, gathering and distributing fabric, and sewing. We decided on this simple Japanese Knot bag, simple to sew, no drawstring, and easy to carry about for kids and adults.
