Full of blossom

This little cherry bush doesn’t photograph very well. I kept it alive in a coastal environment on a balcony in a pot when we lived in an apartment in Bournemouth for 9 years. It must have been a relief to move to open soil and spread its roots when we moved here and It must be about 20 years old now and the bees love it.
We forced ourselves to go out for a walk this afternoon, it was a bit on the chilly side but we got out between the showers. It’s blowing a gale out there this evening. Clocks forward overnight and the promise of warmer sunny weather for a few days from Monday.
