We plough the fields and scatter....

Usual weekend carry on.
Cattle to feed , feeding to bruise, bins to shovel, etc. etc.
Headed off after lunch to the new Screwfix store at Loanhead to get a couple of new Jerry cans as one of the ones sitting full of petrol has sprung a leak . Was passing one if the fields we have had straw off for the last 35 years and spotted a tractor in ploughing. Seemingly the estate had put the farmland up for tender since they put the farmer out .
Turns out it was a local farmer who has managed to rent this 60 acres but he will be wanting the straw for himself. Never mind , there’s no harm in asking , and hadn’t seen him for a gossip for a while.
Back home , fed cattle again then managed to catch up on last weeks Line of Duty seeing as I fell asleep and missed last week’s episode .
