George and Minnie Amber

My youngest two grand kids came to visit, with mum Hayley, my youngest daughter. She had organised a lovely take away lunch from the deli in town as it was my 2nd lockdown birthday. Lots of lovely treats. We then went to Rufford water mill with a ford across the road, a very popular place to stand to watch the cars go through. Some very tentatively, others purposely blat through soaking everyone standing too close. Squeaks of laughter especially from the dripping wet ones. Then onto the play park.
Who needs an iPad !!
George’s face tells me he’s being nice to his little sister, but mischief is never far away.
So good to see them.
