Frogspawn

Mrs P and I went back to the pond where we'd seen a frog, and this time there was just a little frogspawn.

There was also some "star jelly" on the bank just above (see extra). One theory is that is regurgitated by a bird after eating a frog. That would seem likely in this case.

My photographic muse, ever fickle or perhaps just despairing, has left me once again. I'll be back if she (it?) returns.
