I bought this wooden mask for just a few Quetzals in the Chichicastenango market, Guatemala in 2018.

That was the day my wallet was stolen. Apparently street kids are collected from Guatemala City in a minibus, transported to Chichi and instructed to weave through the closely-packed market crowds picking pockets.
