Traditional cure to any ailment

According to Finnish tradition, if spirits, tar, and sauna cannot cure it, it's lethal.

I'm afraid we haven't got any tar in the house and I wouldn't know what to do with it anyway.

I'm not in the mood for booze either so I hope the sauna alone will have at least some recuperative effects.
