Sunday slouch
I also had a pretty tree full of blossom but they come about all the time.
Last golf course walk with Ella this morning. We arranged to meet a bit earlier because of her second vaccine appt, forgetting the clock changes. We basically met at ten past eight on a Sunday morning! Got stopped by a self important wanker security guard in his security labelled car who told us to “put the dog on a lead”. On questioning this was because she might jump over the fence of the sheep half a mile away in secure fields. I’m very wary of sheep with Rosie and am v vigilant of her strengths and weaknesses around them. Jumping fences is just not going to happen. She did give some squirrels a hard time though. And that man was a tosser deciding he was in charge.
Anyway, we waited until he had driven his important car away and then ignored him to continue our nice last walk before the golfers return tomorrow. Then home to make a beef pie, clear out the spice cupboard (most veteran item - 2015). Pottering, Grand Prix, dinner, all the evening daylight.
