Banana bread

Made this loaf of banana bread with one of my clients at work today. His is visually impaired so sometimes finds it frustrating that he can't get heavily involved when workers do the cooking, so he loves baking banana bread as he can mash the bananas and mix the batter together. We put the entire batch into 1 tiny tin, so it took almost 2 hours to cook! But in the end it was worth it - delicious, fun to make and perfect to share with the neighbours.

Hoping to get some nice weather this week so I can get out for a big bike ride. So far this holiday has been a bit of a bummer weather-wise! Still, it's the perfect weather for relaxing with some video games or a family movie :)
