2021 Sunday — New Tricks

Cooking is not my first love. Maybe an old dog can be taught new tricks. I made a pot of chicken soup late this afternoon and the two of us ate till we were satisfied; then when the soup cooled, I poured it into canning jars and discovered I had three jars full. I love when I make a meal and have enough extra for another meal or several.

I hope everyone has enjoyed a good Palm Sunday. This is a very important spiritual day; it’s not a day about religion, but rather about relationship. It is all about Jesus. Don’t be wrong about who He is — it will change your eternity. We attended worship (online) at Calvary Chapel Chino Hills with Pastor Jack Hibbs. The service began with the children’s choir and band. They were great. I love it when children get to attend “big” church and lead the adults. Pastor Jack’s sermon was also very meaningful. I encourage you to watch it <http://Calvarycch .org>

We also tuned in the worship celebration from Sea Coast Church in Mt. Pleasant, NC with Pastor Greg Surrat. Tomorrow evening we will tune into the celebration from this morning with Alistair Begg at Parkside church in Cleveland, Ohio.

Good night from
California’s Central Coast
in Cayucos,
Rosie (& Mr. Fun), aka Carol
and Chloe & Mitzi too!
