You never know what you are going to come across on a walk.  A lovely lady I know in the village told me this morning that her parents were more than happy for me to walk in their privately owned woods.  They are happy for people to walk there.  So I just had to go.  Still very very windy today but fairly dry.  Can't wait for tomorrow's promised sunshine!
