On the Seventeenth

Woke up early this morning, went out to photograph the spectacular full moon. 99.6% illuminated, they said. Not enough, when the cloud cover is 100%. Try again tomorrow, perhaps.

Afternoon: lovely walk in the warm weather round Heaton Park (yet again!). Great to see them playing golf. Tomorrow,  I hope to travel to somewhere a bit nicer, and a bit further away, but not as far as Barnard Castle. Yorkshire beckons.
