My Brain Hurts

I had a scan several years ago. It showed white spots in my brain where there were cells that had died. Nothing to worry about, they said, quite normal for a man of my age.
I have had a good day gardening in the sun, volunteering, and then home for some ball games with Hollie dog in our back garden.
Drank lots of tea.
Impatient to watch the final episode of Unforgotten, bit of a cliffhanger after last week's shocking ending....
