What a gay day......

....... well it was for us. 

First day out of lockdown and we  woke up to a lovely sunny morning, a quick breakfast then out with the doggies for their first walk. 

When we returned home we attended a follow up appointment with the carpet store, what a strange experience that was. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions we had to conduct the business on the doorstep of the shop. 

From there it was another trip to the garden centre for more hedging plants.

The highlight of our day had to be a visit to Mr PC’s daughter to celebrate her birthday, we had a lovely afternoon sitting in the sun eating cake.

Good news Mrs Blackbird is settling into her new nest and I saw my first butterfly.

Today’s blip is another little beauty from my spring garden ( Chionodoxa Luciliae)
