Dinner

I tried a new recipe for Slow-Cooked Butter Chicken this afternoon.   I'm not sure if I would call my results a success - it was ok, but not as good as I had hoped.   However, I did make a couple of changes to the recipe so I have no one to blame but myself.   My daughter's family really like this dish so I'll have to ask her for suggestions for my next attempt.
