Mowing day

Cool and grey today. Took the Silverback out for his constitutional, while the Sparrow worked on her computer.

There’s been a cluster of Covid cases in Brisbane and they’ve locked it down for three days while they do contact tracing. We’re two hours to the north but still required to wear masks for shopping until they get it sorted out. So, we just walked to the edge of the village square and back.

I made a point of peeing on EVERY tree so all the dogs in town would know I’m back. The Silverback was unusually understanding about it. He must have slept well last night!

Mowing men and gardeners were out and about everywhere after all the recent rain.

I’m imagining it’s going to be a quiet week until we see what’s going on in Brisbane.
