tomorrow shielding ends.....but it’ll be busy in town because it’s market day.....so i ended mine today and first thing i went to the post office to send 2 parcels that have been waiting to be sent since january.....

the blip is Castle Mount with  at the top the ruins...where now and again some careful digging is done....if you look carefully you can see two lasies enjoying a chat and coffee

i had a lovely hour in the sun...and whatsapp video’d mum, who didn’t even recognised my name and face....only when i startedt o sing the Lord’s my shepherd did she mouth some of the words.

she is very restless at night, sometimes she doesn’t sleep at all, dresses herself and refuses to go back to bed.....
