Teeny tiny beetle

Teeny tiny beetle on the heart of one of the magnolia flowers, yay, the magnolia flowers are almost all in full bloom, see the extra ! I can't really find the name of this beetle, think it's a pollen beetle. The sun is out all day, temperatures rising to around 20 C !!! I saw loads of people wearing summery clothes. Can't stay outside too long because the weeping silver birch pollen is flowing around in clouds of yellow.
