Early bird

Ran another 3.42 km before breakfast. 3 herons, a kingfisher, a beautiful sunrise and a proper running bra... what more could I ask for?!

Had a little rest and then went out cycling along the Bradford Cycleway and Spen Valley Greenway. Ended up doing 42 km. Knackered this evening!
