Stay local?

Today we got a restriction update from the FM. From Monday we can now “stay local”. I feel a real sense of anticlimax. We have been staying at home, locally, for months. I had hoped we might be allowed out of Edinburgh but to do so continues to be illegal.

Meanwhile in England the temperatures soared and everyone there can travel as far as they like as long as they come home to sleep!

On our local walk today we saw the Figgate swan nesting beside the boardwalk.

Two busy on line meetings followed by the first Leaders’ Debate of the Scottish Parliamentary election campaign this evening.
