There are over 40 species of ladybirds in Britain although only 26 are recognisable as ladybirds. I am uncertain what kind this is on a daffodil but think it could be an Eyed Ladybird (Anatis ocellata). They generally have 15 black spots with each spot usually, but not always, surrounded by a cream coloured ring and its black legs differentiate it from a Harlequin ladybird with its orange legs. It was found in daffodils in a mixed woodland with several conifers which is its preference. Although it is not clear perhaps someone can verify its species.
