Unusual visitor

We had a grebe in our creek this morning. I can't ever remember seeing one back there. We have them in the river from time to time but this was out of the norm. A pleasant surprise indeed. I snuck down to the waters edge only to find the battery light flashing red. So I snapped a few shots and hoped for the best when my camera shut down. This is the best I got.
