Cyrano with a Dove

A Collared Dove landed for a moment on the statue of Cyrano de Bergerac in the center of the town of Bergerac, where we stayed last night.

This afternoon we joined our birding tour, and were out for the afternoon and evening. No better bird shots turned up so this is what I'm posting; it's at least in the line of this and this.

I've had connection problems at our hotel for the next four nights, so this is where I'll leave it for now. I have marked our location on the map, for the curious.
