Simple

I have been trying to blur foreground and background since I saw a fellow blipper create this effect. Today, with the help of said blipper, a simple daisy (or two) and grass, I do believe I have it! 
A couple more in extras :))

I also went out at the very high tide (thanks to JohnRH for the heads up) to get a blurry rock/seascape. I think I may have nailed that as well? (extra) 
Note to self: remember to use a small aperture and a slow shutter speed for this effect..... in this case aperture: f25 and 0.6 shutter speed.
