Hawkley

We did a circular 6km walk around Hawkley and up into the Hangers, which were quite steep. Had lovely views from the top as in the bottom photo

The two Shetland ponies were so friendly and one came running over to see us. Only had a few handfuls of grass to give them.

The pond was in the village and we could hear frogs croaking but I couldn’t catch a photo of them. We disturbed a deer on the walk back to the car but of course I didn’t have my phone ready for a snap
