Cherry blossoms in miniature

The blossoms are fading off the trees, so it's nice to have them preserved in a wee jar on the kitchen table. Luckily the tree in my alley is still going strong, so I'm able to marvel at the wonderful flowers on my way out to work.

I covered a shift for a sick colleague today - my client and I had a really nice time together, taking a walk and enjoying the warmth then getting some housework done. It was such a relaxing morning! Spent the afternoon doing some work for university, as I have an assignment due on the Monday I go back. It's nice to be busy, even if this is supposed to be my holiday ;)
