End of an ERA

Thank goodness lockdown has lifted sufficiently for my old running buddies/work colleagues to meet me back at the office for my penultimate day.

Since I started at this office in 2014 we have run at lunchtime all over the local area sometimes up to 3 times a week (until COVID). What has been wonderful is that it has never been a competition, just the pleasure of running in each other’s company. I shall miss them, and will have to just make do with keeping up with them on Strava and the odd park run tourist trip when we are allowed.
