Daffs in the garden

Spent most of the day in the garden. Weeding, planting, mulching. Very satisfying. All bar half the long bed done. Can't do that until the plants I ordered arrive and until I have more mulch. It's going to be cold for a while now so good to have done it.

Will had tennis this morning. He then chilled for a while before appearing in the garden to play netball and kick his football around.

Carys finished her Spanish oral prep, her Spanish assessment and started thinking about her English presentation. After lunch she went to meet a couple of friends for a walk. She is now having a break from work (apart from her Spanish oral on Tuesday) and we are hoping that she won't have to do extra assessments. She's worked so hard she deserves a holiday. Sadly that won't happen but at least she can have a couple of weeks away from the computer (fingers crossed).
