Don't even go there!

Such a wet, wet day - probably the first time forever that I haven't headed outside for some part of the day. So this is a really insignificant picture taken from our back window of the new fence that the new neighbour has put up along one side of their garden but have not completed it right up to the wall! We really don't know why? Maybe he wants to peak round and say hi now and then?
