Artell acts as 4th official

Watched the Crewe game this evening. One of the linesmen got injured and was replaced by the fourth official. As a result there was nobody to raise the board, so Crewe manager Dave Artell seemed happy to wave it himself. Crewe grabbed a late equaliser to grab a 1-1 draw.
