De-puzzling...

I have no idea if that is a word, but the official name for a milliner's block which is constructed in multiple pieces is a 'puzzle block'  These are used when the crown 'top' is bigger than the 'head', so top hats and flat caps are thus constructed.
I'm taking a lot of care as it is my first one, but it seems to have worked so far
