Between fen and mountains

We assembled for a meeting in our basement with the patio doors flung open and suitably socially distanced for a church/council liaison committee meeting. The deputy Maire and two people from the renewable energy organisation came. The latter gave their report and we now have to consider if it is a way forward. It sounds promising as there are various grants available. After lunch, I wrote up the minutes and made soup. I had time to paint the vegetable garden wooden squares I had assembled and glued the other day. The only wood preservative I could find in the workshop was blue but actually the beds don't look bad.
