Lunch

I have looked at many different garlic presses but just can’t bring myself to buy one when it is so easy just to mince the cloves by hand.

March went out like a lion last night. The thunder and lightning were spectacular and not discounting there having been some hail in amongst all that wind and rain. Temperatures are now below normal and we are likely to have nights around freezing the next couple of nights.

These temperatures are going to be tough on all the flowers in bloom. The azaleas look awesome (see extra) among others so hope they don’t suffer.

The Easter weekend is upon us and I hope people are taking a moment to remember the reason for this holiday weekend even as we enjoy the bunnies, chicks and eggs.
