Kenilworth Castle #2

We stopped off at Kenilworth on our way home from Castle Bromwich. I checked my blips and the last time we did this was in April 2018. It was a bit chilly this time but we had a nice walk around the walls.

Earlier we saw two estate agents about the FIL's house. Each one we see suggests a £10k higher asking price than the previous one. They all say it is a seller's market at the moment and think the house will sell very quickly.

When we got home my new socks had arrived, and also we now have the death certificates so can crack on with the probate process.
