In hurry

Lots of folk coming and going today as I stood and watched outside the door of Whole Foods in West Vancouver. My first venture out of the house for a meeting since last Thursday...and that one was a push.

Shot this with a slow shutter speed by mistake; however I liked what it said as I reflect on how easy it is to get wound up to move at a crazy pace. Intention. Choice. Remembering to breath. ;-)
