I enjoyed seeing everyone in yoga this morning. I received lots of kind words and good wishes for my operation next Tuesday.
I got a phone call from pre-admissions to check I was well and had a Covid test arranged for Saturday morning.
We went for a lovely sunny walk from Castle corner to Caerlaverock Castle and up Wardlaw Hill and back.
We got lucky on the walk seeing a cuckoo, a greater spotted woodpecker and chiffchaffs , harbingers of Spring.

I chanted the Gayatri mantra 108 times with the Mantra group this evening.
