Downward dog by a pro!

No regular yoga class today sadly as Mark the teacher is having a week off (to do spring cleaning apparently!). Anyway, while I might have missed it, Daisy Dog bust out a quick downward dog pose this afternoon on the front grass and managed to grab a quick pic!

A cracker of a day, Scotland was looking beautiful in the sunshine. Covid jab was duly administered at lunchtime by a friendly army medic from Oxford (appropriate as I got the Oxford vaccine!) and so far I’m feeling fine.

House move looks like it will be mid-May. Apparently some stairs went into the new place today so will go and investigate this weekend.
