Just do it!

This is (I think) the last weekend to collect juicy, fresh Wild Garlic. Find your local wood and source some. There is loads out there. Just collect from higher ground where it's less likely to get tainted.

You only need 150g to make a big jar of some Wild Garlic Pesto using the BBC Good Food recipe you can find easily on the Web. 

You just need lemon juice, pine nuts and Parmesan cheese, plus 150g of oil (ideally olive). 

You can freeze it! I'm planning on eating some on Christmas Eve when I need a reminder of the fresh food that Spring brings!
