Thursday afternoon walk

Now that lockdown restrictions have been lifted a little I was able to meet up with my friends, Jo & Graham, for an afternoon walk along the beach. It seems ages since I last saw them. 

I also met up with 3 friends in the  evening for a 6 k run. It was a little cooler today.
