Baking
I had a productive day today. I made muesli, sugar-free ginger biscuits, roasted some cashew nuts, made soup for lunch with enough left over to freeze and, to save some mushrooms that were almost past their best, cooked up a mixture of onion, mushroom and tomatoes that we’ll be able to have for breakfast in the morning. Very satisfying. The blip photo shows the ginger biscuits and muesli.
