Memorial

Seem appropriate to me on Good Friday. It's taken me some time to really look at the stained glass in the Cathedral. I've always been taken by the architecture. Now I'm seeing how many windows are memorialising young men killed in wars.

The coloured panel is 1500 glass moved from Ringland Church. I've found it very hard to decipher. It's the Virgin Mary, the child is missing. I really responded to the vivid colour of it.
