The usual view on a cold morning at Inverness Campus, but a so much better day than yesterday.
Lecturers on strike again, so very quiet inside. It gave some time to catch up with a few things.
Met "Auntie" H. (no relation) at the highest point of the cycle home, and stopped for a blether and catch-up... at an appropriate distance. As usual, I was told off for not keeping my journal up-to-date. Being busy and too tired (lazy) weren't valid excuses. As the Sun headed down from the clear blue sky, the temperature plummeted. Personal heat gained pedalling up the hill faded during the pause, and the long downhill section was distinctly bracing. Heating will be back on for tomorrow morning.
A few days break ahead, in which the weather is set to return to Winter for most of it.
One important stop on the way home, other than the shopping one at Aldi, gave the desired answer. Yes, the barber's is going to open for the first time this year, on Easter Monday! Pity about the aforementioned forecast. Thinking of this Blip numerous times over the past year, makes me laugh. I didn't replace either, so it's been a bit wild up there... in the populated areas.
