Goodbyes

Today we had to do probably our most painful goodbye of our time here. Our very bestest friends are leaving and we may realistically never see then again. It was so so so awful having to leave them.
A new lockdown is in place because of a very sharp rise in corona cases. No religious places or schools open and 9pm curfews and they're being strict(ish) about masks at last.

We had such sad news today that an amazing lady we've got to know a bit through her work rescuing isis babies from Syria and putting them in homes here has died of corona. Such a loss.
