Well, this is an exciting day, with a huge loosening of restrictions.

Up until yesterday we were under ‘stay at home’ rules, which meant that you could only leave your house for essential purposes (like shopping, exercise or meeting a friend) but not going outside your council area.

Now, we are under ‘stay local’ rules, which mean you can leave your house for any purpose (although, other restrictions mean that all you can realistically do is shopping, exercise or meeting a friend) but not going outside your council area.

Game changer!
