Headstone

If I’ve read this correctly, this gravestone dates from 1636, nearly 400 years ago. To put it into context, Dunfermline born Charles First was King of Scotland, England and Ireland, Scotland was an independent country and the Thirty Years War still had 12 years to go! Quite incredible, and you wonder about the story of the person buried beneath.....
