Morning
7.15am at the top of the drive to the Disabled Centre. An hour earlier I had run up here and along the road a bit in the civilised temperature of early morning.
Here you can see:
The hazy/dusty air of the harmattan - the wind that brings sand from the Sahara in the air for much of the dry season. The downside is flat hazy light, the upside is cool nights and slightly more comfortable days. This was about the last day of harmattan - it was hotter after this.
The very dry and dusty ground - this was the driest dry season I've seen in the south (this season is always bone dry in the north).
A boy from the Disabled Centre with his wheeled waling frame.
A man on a bike.
A chicken.
