The Winds

The winds returned overnight. They didn't come quietly, and they certainly weren't shy about their arrival. It's been some time since they graced our little island by the sea, and some of us may have forgotten about them, but they've made themselves right at home once again bringing their own special energy and excitement. What rings true is that their clamor and furor remind us just how blessed we are by the normal calm and quiet that we've grown to so easily take for granted.
