Look away now

I spotted these cellar spiders having a bit of fun in the conservatory.  They are now in the garden, no doubt making their way back inside.

We have a wren building a nest in the clematis behind the greenhouse, and it's been dashing back and forth between the conservatory guttering and a potential home.  The male builds several nests in various locations and the female will decide which one suits her best.  I know which I'd like her to choose.

This afternoon we are going over to our son's and if it isn't too cold for Luke, his dad will take him in his wheelchair because he isn't able to walk far having lost muscle due to the chemotherapy.  It will be the first time we've seen him for several months.
