Gotta love a.....

....long weekend.

Well over three hours on the mountain bike, we did stop for a tea and I had a slice of carrot cake in Arley which was the "first cafe break" for me in well over a year on a bike ride.

I've got used to not stopping with the lack of open places or seeing a long queues but the cake went down a treat.
