Charles Rennie Mackintosh

I am a massive fan of all things CRM ( if you’d enlarged the jewellery shot from the other day you would have seen lots of CRM style earrings). One day now many moons ago I spotted a similar piece to this at a craft fair but wasn’t in a position to buy. Instead I took the ladies card and then when I did have cash to spare I headed over to Chorlton to her studio and bought this. She was an amazing artist, this is made out of hand made paper. As well as this I also bought three pictures made out of recycled glass, alas they didn’t come back from NZ but this one now take pride of place in the lounge wall
